Your rental water heater from Direct Energy will provide dependable hot water for the lifetime of your rental. Complete rental details are clearly spelled out in your Rental Terms and Conditions. We suggest you should always read all documents fully before signing any contract. Please note: if you enter into a contract with a door to door salesperson at your home, under the Consumer Protection Act, you are able to cancel the contract within 10 days upon receipt of the written copy of the agreement.
