Hi Chris,

First off I would like to thank you for taking the time to come to our house not once but twice before I decided to purchase a new furnace and air conditioner. You explained every detail of the job and workings of the new equipment. You told me all about all the rebates and explained in great detail how they all work. You also convinced me on installing the Trane model and I’m glad you did. You made me feel very comfortable and confident on making this purchase. I deal with people all day in my line of work and it is very rare that you come across a person that is as professional and passionate for his job as you are. Chris you certainly make your company Direct Energy look good and you certainly represent them with pride. I thank you for all your help.

If dealing with you was a wow I certainly had another thing coming on the day of the install. David and Sean showed up on time and were also very professional. They told me throughout the day how they were doing and explained things to me as I asked them. They were very clean on the job and showed a lot of respect for our home and treated it as it was there own. Just looking at the little things on the furnace how they tied back the metal work. The writing on the furnace for the filter size, and the flow of the air so the filter goes in properly. All these little things did not go unnoticed. I’m a type of guy that is very anal and wants things perfect a lot of times and I can tell you David and Sean blew me away. Both these gentlemen worked very hard all day and did not even stop for a coffee or lunch, they worked right through. Thanks David and Sean you made me one happy customer.

Just a quick note about the equipment. It is much quieter then the old furnace (can’t hear it run). The house is much cooler and feels comfortable. The floors are cool which I have never experienced in this house since I moved in about 14 yrs ago. I kind of can’t wait until I put the heat on to see how that works…not really I’ll take the nice weather for now.

All in all the whole team at Direct Energy was fantastic. Looking for many years of comfort and satisfaction.
