Regulated rates charged by other providers are not included for purposes of calculating the Lowest RRO Rate. This introductory price applies for the first 6 months on 3 Year Dual Fuel Stability Plus Plan. See Section 5.0 of Direct Energy Terms and Conditions for full term.
