  • If you are on a fixed price plan and choose to cancel before the term is complete, there will be a cancellation fee. Please see Electricity Facts Label for applicable fees.
  • If you are on a fixed price plan and move to another location and provide us with a forwarding address at least 14 days prior to your move date, you may cancel early without penalty.
  • If you are on a fixed price plan and take no action at the end of the term, the service will automatically continue under a month-to-month variable price product with no early cancellation penalty.
