We are happy to help you move your current Direct Energy Texas service from your old home to your new home!

Before choosing your new service area below, please be sure to have the following items handy:
  • Most recent monthly bill
  • Personal Identification Number (PIN)*, and
  • Mailing address for your new home.
If you are moving to an area not serviced by Direct Energy or wanting power to an additional location without moving from your current home, we can still help you with your account and any move-related issues. Please call us at 1-888-305-3828 for assistance. Representatives are available Monday through Saturday from 7:30AM to 8:00PM.
